As a sports fanatical country, we've a national team for almost every sport. In the year we host the World Cup this fanaticism has never been clearer. Deciding creativity deserved its due, we took inspiration from this and welcomed delegates to the 'Creative Playing Field'. We teamed international speakers as the touring All Stars and developed the Expo campaign around finding South Africa's first national Creative Team, the Superstars.
The challenge was to create a corporate identity for this concept that would work across both the Design Indaba Conference and the Expo, while still distinguishing between the two. Through aligning the All Stars with the Conference and the Superstars with the Expo, we were able to do this under the common 'Creative Playing Field' identity.
